BJJ Coach Sheepdog teaches students ranging from ages 4 years old and up. We focus on providing the best training for you and/or your children to grow in a safe and structured environment. We stride to develop character, respect, social skills, self-confidence, and work ethic.

Founded by Law Enforcement Officers, our academy is affiliated with Effective Fitness Combatives, Invictus Law Enforcement Collective, and Adopt-a-Cop BJJ. Along with these affiliations, we offer seminars and additional training events specialized for Law Enforcement and Self Defense.
