ABOUT US

BJJ Coach Sheepdog offers Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Mauy Thai for kids and adults. We are located at 2511 E ST RD 44 in Shelbyville, Indiana 46176. We strive to focus on self-defense in real life scenarios, bully prevention tactics, building confidence, overall health, improvement, social skills development, and competitive training, and traditional Jiu Jitsu.

Co-Owners, Head Instructor Grant Larsen (1st Degree Black Belt) and Manager Conrad Reichert III (Purple Belt) are both active law enforcement officers. Both hold defensive tactics instructor certifications from the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy as well through Effective Fitness Combatives (EFC). Together we have become affiliates under Adopt-a-Cop, Invictus Law Enforcement Collective, and EFC.

Chase Marsden, Head Instructor of our Muay Thai program also holds the rank of Purple Belt and helps assist with our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Classes. Together we offer a well-rounded combination for individuals to train in both striking and submission grappling.
